Investment criteria

Geographical focus on key economic centers

Belgium, and in particular Brussels, Antwerp and Ghent. When they benefit from exceptional locations, projects in other cities may also be considered.
Luxembourg – and more specifically the City of Luxembourg – is considered a key focus area. Baltisse is also present here with a local office.
Major cities in neighbouring European countries.

In terms of volume, preference is given to projects with a minimum investment of 10 million Euros.
