THE REAL ESTATE TEAM

Alex is a former director of Allfin (now Immobel) and Bouwfonds (Rabobank) and the former CEO and principal of Pylos Benelux. He is a seasoned real estate developer with a strong focus on professional real estate.

Alex joined Baltisse at the end of 2021 and is in charge of Baltisse Real Estate Investments. Previously he was Head of Capital Markets at CBRE Belgium & Luxembourg and member of its management committee. He has an extensive track record in transacting commercial real estate and advising clients on the appropriate real estate investment strategy. Alex started his career in corporate finance at KPMG.

Prior to joining the Baltisse Real Estate team in 2017, Simon was active as a senior consultant in the Business Restructuring Services department at PwC Belgium. Today he is responsible for the commercialisation of our real estate developments.

Xavier used to work for Accenture and is the former CEO of IVC US Inc. He has built experience as an industrial operator with a current focus on US commercial real estate acquisitions and developments. Xavier is in charge of the Baltisse US operations since 2017.

Cindy has an overall experience in accountancy and tax matters in several industries. She was a senior manager at Deloitte Accountancy and is currently our financial officer for the real estate department.

Guy is a seasoned real estate professional. He used to be a director at Codic, Kairos and Atenor where he was in charge of office and residential development projects. His early career was in real estate consultancy at DBA and PwC for 10 years.

Caroline is a former senior valuer at CBRE with a focus on professional real estate. She is now in charge of the asset and investment management of the real estate portfolio and commercial aspects of development projects.

Prior to joining Baltisse, Nadège has worked 11 years within the capital markets team of CBRE, with a special focus on industrial & logistics real estate, and at CORES Development as Chief Acquisitions for urban residential and mixed projects.
At Baltisse Real Estate she is in charge of Business Development and acquisitions of new projects, by extending the scope of activities in other real estate segments as well as in other countries.

Stijn was a project manager at a general contractor. Now he is one of our real estate developers with experience in multiple branches.

Liesbet was a technical manager at a general contractor, specialized in multiple branches. She now joined Baltisse as a project manager in the Estate team.

As an architect, Heidi approaches projects, sites and buildings from a spatial organizational perspective. Creatively searching for a balance between shaping the built context and safeguarding the unbuilt open space.
Formerly Heidi was a (design) principal at VK Architects & engineers where she directed a team of architects and actively collaborated as a designing architect on complex and large-scale buildings and masterplans.

Maarten is an experienced site and project manager. He has worked in multiple residential, industrial and private real estate projects.

Maurice worked as a Project Manager in special techniques and in the field of semi-industrial construction, both jobs in large Luxembourg companies. He is now Project Manager and Facility Manager of the Baltisse Luxembourg real estate park and is in charge of the building expertise before acquisition.

Ann joined Baltisse in 2018. She mainly focusses on Private Equity and Real Estate. Before joining Baltisse, Ann worked at Allen & Overy and Gimv.

David joined Baltisse in January 2023. He advises both on Private Equity and Real Estate transactions. Before joining Baltisse, David worked at Jones Day and Baker McKenzie.

William works for Baltisse since April 2021. He advises both on Real Estate and Private Equity transactions and asset management. Before, William worked as a lawyer at Baker & McKenzie.
