The leadership team

Filip is a pure-bred entrepreneur, with 30 years of experience in industrial companies. He was CEO and Chairman of Balta and IVC, and developed both companies into world leading players active in floorcovering.

Marc joined Baltisse in 2015 and became CEO as of January 1st 2021. He has 28 years of experience in Finance and Capital Markets as a Partner at Petercam, a leading Belgian Investment Bank.

Alex is a former director of Allfin (now Immobel) and Bouwfonds (Rabobank) and the former CEO and principal of Pylos Benelux. He is a seasoned real estate developer with a strong focus on professional real estate.

Heider Ridha is Head of Baltisse Private Equity. With his extensive experience at TDR Capital and Bain & Company, Heider brings a wealth of operational, investment and strategic expertise to the team.

Alex joined Baltisse at the end of 2021 and is in charge of Baltisse Real Estate Investments. Previously he was Head of Capital Markets at CBRE Belgium & Luxembourg and member of its management committee. He has an extensive track record in transacting commercial real estate and advising clients on the appropriate real estate investment strategy. Alex started his career in corporate finance at KPMG.

Xavier used to work for Accenture and is the former CEO of IVC US Inc. He has built experience as an industrial operator with a current focus on US commercial real estate acquisitions and developments. Xavier is in charge of the Baltisse US operations since 2017.

Filip joined Baltisse in 2018 as Senior Portfolio Manager. He has over 20 years of experience in Equity Capital Markets. Prior to joining Baltisse, Filip was a Director at ING Corporate Finance & ECM. Before that, he was managing the Equity Research activities at ING.
