Recticel powerpall | Baltisse

Recticel is a Belgian industrial group with a strong European dimension. Over the last decade, Recticel has gone through a restructuring of its business activities and rationalized its manufacturing footprint.
In 2020, despite the disruption caused by the global COVID-19 pandemic, Recticel was perfectly positioned for further strategic transformation. Recticel divested its Automotive Interiors business line and Eurofoam joint venture. In 2021, Recticel acquired FoamPartner and formed the new Recticel Engineered Foams division and also sold its Bedding business line to Aquinos Group (closed in March 2022). Recticel signed an agreement with Carpenter Co. for the divestment of its Recticel Engineered Foams division. The deal enabled Recticel to pursue its insulation business and ESG objectives while safeguarding the potential of the Engineered Foams division and its highly skilled employees, as well as the interests of all their stakeholders (closing expected in Q12023). Finally, Recticel acquired Trimo d.o.o., one of Europe’s leading providers of sustainable premium insulated panels for the construction industry, with operations in Slovenia and Serbia (deal closed in April 2022.)
End 2021, Recticel (including discontinued activities) employed 5,145 people in 53 establishments in 21 countries. Recticel contributes to daily comfort with an extensive range of polyurethane foam products for industrial and domestic applications, with high performance thermal insulation solutions for the construction industry. Overall focus on industry-leading, customized solutions with a firm basis in sustainable innovation. In this respect, Recticel strives to provide sustainable answers to societal challenges, including climate protection and conservation of resources.
Within Recticel’s Insulation boards segment, high-quality thermal insulation products are marketed under well-known brands such as Eurowall®, Powerroof®, Powerdeck®, Powerwall® and Xentro®. The Insulated panels segment (Trimo) focuses on mid to high-end applications of roof and wall cladding, mostly in the non-residential market, under well-known brands such as Trimoterm, Qbiss One and Qbiss Screen.
Recticel is listed on Euronext in Brussels (Euronext: REC – Reuters: RECTt.BR – Bloomberg: REC:BB).
