Baltisse acquired 1200 White Street end of 2021. This 212,000 square foot last mile logistics building is located on 12.5 acres in the historic West End neighborhood of Atlanta along the very popular Atlanta BeltLine. The building is currently fully leased to Sony Entertainment and used for movie productions.
