Blue Line Storage

The property comprises a 35.000m² newly built warehouse located along the E17, the strategic industrial axis between Antwerp and Kortrijk. The property is leased to Dematra, a logistics company with a strong track record in the Benelux. The first part of the warehouse (low bay) is already in use while thesecond part is under construction and consists of a uniquely designed and fully automated "high-bay" vertical warehouse with a capacity of 78,000 pallets within a free height of 48 meter.
