Seven is located at the crossroads of the Brussels city centre and the Rogier, North District. After a complete renovation, according to the design of ASSAR Architects, Seven has been delivered in the third quarter of 2019 as a passive office building, complying with the European "Nearly Zero Energy"-norm.
The property was acquired in December 2017 as an empty and obsolete office building. Demolition works started shortly after acquisition with a 30% pre-let by co-working operator Fosbury & Sons. The remaining part has been successfully leased during construction to anchor tenants such as EDF Luminus, the Flemish government, D.A.S and VREG.
