Speedwell development

CityZen is a new mixed-use project with the goal to convert the abandoned Griro factory on Calea Grivitei into a mixed-use green community, where residential, office and community areas connect.

It will be a large-scale project which will change and improve the living conditions for current and future residents of the area by developing apartments, offices, services, restaurants, places for cultural activities, food market space, craft workshops, extended public spaces, parks, running tracks, kindergartens, public parks and recreation spaces.
