Conyers Rockdale Technology Center (RTC)

Rockdale Technology Centre sits on 92 acres along I-20 East less than 20 miles from downtown Atlanta in Georgia, USA. This is a phased logistics and light industrial development. Phase 1 consists of Class A 2 shallow-bay rear load warehouses for a total of 32.000m². This phase was completed mid-2019. The park provides distributors and manufacturers convenient access to the entire metropolitan Atlanta area, the Southeast and the Port of Savannah. Phase 2 consists of a 32.500m² built-to-suit industrial building for a leading US mattress manufacturer. Phase 3 has the capacity for approximately 40.000m² of additional construction.
