Victoria

Victoria is an iconic tower located in the center of Brussels. It served as the former IBM HQ and has been redeveloped by Baltisse in association with DWNTWN into a unique multifunctional project combining a hotel operated by The Hoxton, offices let to WPP and Sureal and a state of the art coworking by UK brand Working_From. While preserving the building's identity, the environmental impact (the building is passive and fossil free) and the way the project interacts with its direct neighbourhood has been deeply improved.
