Doerr Lane

Baltisse acquired a 26.7 acres site along Doerr Lane in Schertz, just northeast of San Antonio, a major logistics hub in Texas. Along I-35 and I-10, San Antonio/Austin is part of the main Texas logistics triangle with Houston in East and Dallas/Fort Worth in the North. Currently the site is being developed into a 307,000 square foot rear-load Class A industrial/logistics building with a mid 2023 delivery.
