Record Park

The first mixed use development and truly urban regenerating project in Cluj-Napoca. Near downtown, next to Marasti neighbourhood, a place steeped in history.

Record Park was born by adjoining several land plots in Cluj city center, including partially the factory outlets and the former pool area. Speedwell aspired to give the area its functionality and glow of the past back, together with a strong vision for the future.

Record Park is the first mixed-use development and urban regeneration project in the city of Cluj. It combines a residential component with 236 apartments, 15.000 m² of A class office and retail spaces, a historic building that has been refurbished and converted into co-working spaces and a restaurant, as well as an WorldClass sports club.

The project is developed on a plot of 17.300 m² and has a total aboveground area of 36.000 m², as well as vast green areas, amounting to almost half o the total land surface.

Construction of the office component was completed at the end of 2020 and the space has been leased to an extensive line-up of tenants, such as MHP Porsche, MassMutual, Yardi, COS, Stradale, The Home, Artmark Dental, Mitzu Café and Royal Charis Academy. This development was rewarded best office development 2020 in Romania.
