Spaceplus comprises 2 different projects in Bucharest, Romania: Popesti-Leordeni (13,000 m²) and Chitla (10,000 m²).

SpacePlus is a new concept on the Romanian market, focusing on covering the extra space needs of SME (Small & Medium Enterprise) clients for light industrial and logistical use.
The warehouses offer available space for storage, with quality units ranging from 400 to 600 sqm each.
