Novo (Century Center)

Novo is one of four subprojects within the Century Center redevelopment, a joint initiative by Baltisse and QRF to revitalise Antwerp’s city centre. Located right next to Antwerp Central Station, it offers one of the most accessible and visible addresses in the city.

The brand-new Novo office project offers space for companies seeking an environmentally conscious workplace in a prime urban location. A large rear patio provides abundant natural daylight, while rooftop gardens on the fifth floor offer accessible green spaces for office users.

Century Center, once a historic complex housing a hotel, cinema, and shopping gallery, has been transformed into a vibrant urban destination. Across its four subprojects – Pelican, Novo, Deco, and Arto – the redevelopment delivers 10,000 m² of retail, 22,000 m² of offices, and 8,000 m² of parking. Each subproject has its own architectural identity, yet together they create a cohesive and lively environment that blends heritage, contemporary design, and functionality in the heart of Antwerp.
