Redevelopment of an office building in the Central Business District that was occupied by the Edmond de Rothschild bank. It will become a high standing apartment building with 46 units and a professional working space. Construction works have started in September 2022, the building will be ready summer of 2024. The commercialisation has started beginning of May 2023.
