De Boevrie

Construction of the De Boevrie project began in August 2022.

The former VTI Bruges campus on Boeveriestraat is undergoing a complete renovation to be transformed into residential accommodation: in total, 105 apartments and 29 houses will be developed in a renewed green setting.

De Boevrie is located close to the city centre, with the train station just around the corner. Situated in the very heart of Bruges, within the UNESCO World Heritage area, this location truly captures the imagination.

The project is being realised in harmony with its surroundings, with a strong focus on diversity, craftsmanship, and technology. The result will be a particularly charming redevelopment, offering a contemporary residential experience.

Completion is expected from mid-2026 onwards.
