De Boevrie

The construction of De Boevrie project has started in august 2022.

The old VTI Bruges Campus on the Boeveriestraat is being completely renovated to be given a new purpose as residential accommodation: in total, 105 apartments and 29 houses are developed in a renewed green setting.
De Boevrie is situated close to the city centre, and the train station is just around the corner.
Located in the very heart of Bruges within the Unesco World Heritage centre, this location definitely appeals to the imagination.
The projects is realised in harmony with its surroundings while paying a great deal of attention to diversity, craftsmanship and technology. Overall it will be a particularly charming redevelopment for a contemporary residential experience.
The delivery of the project is expected as from medio 2026.
