In partnership with Ackerman & Co., Baltisse acquired Midway Business Park, a 12-building industrial portfolio totalling 258,846 sq ft in East Fort Worth. Strategically positioned between Dallas and Fort Worth, the portfolio offers convenient access to SH-121, I-820, and DFW International Airport.

The shallow-bay buildings range from 2,000 to 40,000 sq ft in a mix of front-load, cross-dock, and rear-load configurations. Currently 91% leased, the portfolio provides a strong and diversified tenant base in one of the nation’s most dynamic logistics markets.
