Speedwell development

Paltim is a large-scale mixed-use redevelopment in the heart of Timișoara, transforming the former Paltim hat factory site into a vibrant urban destination. Developed along the banks of the Bega River, the project combines residential, office, retail and leisure functions within a central and highly accessible location.

The development comprises four buildings, including two residential buildings with a total of 236 premium apartments, a dedicated Class A office building, and a refurbished historic villa that will be returned to the community. The residential component offers a broad range of layouts, from studios to 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments, with 123 units in Building 1 and 113 units in Building 2.

In addition to housing and offices, Paltim integrates spaces for services and recreation, including a restaurant, café, proximity retail and underground parking. Two of the original factory buildings are carefully refurbished, preserving the site’s industrial heritage while adapting it to contemporary urban living.
