The Ivy is a large-scale residential development in Bucharest, comprising 800 apartments spread across 10 buildings within a carefully designed new neighbourhood. Developed over four phases on a five-hectare site, the project offers a wide variety of two-, three- and four-room apartments, as well as penthouses, catering to a broad range of residents. The first phase includes 228 residential units.
